事業者に直接届く声
お客様は星評価を付け、希望に応じてメッセージを添えられます。どちらも管理画面で確認できます。非公開のフィードバックは公開されず、公開の星評価にも影響しません。

施設のロゴ入りフィードバック用QRポスターを作成し、PDFでダウンロードできます。レジやテーブルに置いてご利用ください。お客様はアプリやログインなしで、スマートフォンから非公開フォームを開けます。
通常の掲載事業者も利用でき、会員・ポイントサービスの導入は不要です。非公開フィードバックとQR印刷物は、FinnVibe上に有効な認証済み管理者がいる公開施設で利用できます。
