Customers rate a place with a verified FinnVibe account. The average and rating count become public once the place has at least 21 ratings from different IP addresses. Only one rating per user and IP address is accepted for each place.
Feedback directly to you
Customers give a star rating and can add a written message. You see both in your dashboard. Private feedback is not published and does not affect the public star rating.
Easy feedback with a QR code
Create a feedback QR poster with your place’s logo and download it as a PDF. Display it at the counter or on a table. Customers open the private feedback form on their phone without an app or sign-in.
Available to regular advertisers too; no loyalty service is required. Private feedback and QR printouts are available for published places with an active, verified administrator on FinnVibe.
